We stayed here twice on this trip (3days and 7days). Bear in mind that this is technically a basic 3star 'Business Hotel' the rooms were quite large for such and the waterfront/balcony room views of SkyTree, Sumida River and the Kirin building were just fabulous. ALL the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless - it was a good size for a business hotel. The hotel is only a few steps away from 3 convenience stores, the Tobu train station, the Ginza subway and Asakusa central. The Sumida tourist boats basically dock right outside and the Yakgatabune boats just across the bridge. Great location and great price! For a couple I recommend rooms 801 or 901 (doubles). Both rooms had a microwave, kettle, fridge, balcony/views etc.

Exceptional location: Very Convenient 8-10 mins walk from the subway stations, and 10-15 mins walk to the temples and shopping areas. Small room: Pretty small for 2 pax but it's well-furnished if you keep your belongings in orderly manner. Nice Breakfast: Buffet style with Unagi bowl rice and many other traditional Japanese dishes. Taste are great and the dinning ambience is fine too. The complementary noodles for supper is definitely worth trying! Staffs: Very friendly and helpful that answered all our requests. Overall it's a nice comfy hotel to stay in.

Tasty Japanese style breakfast and small ramen portion in the evening were great meal options. Hotel’s spa facility was clean and relaxing, though only open for women on some days for set hours. It’s also possible to get a pass for a local hot spring bath facility from the front desk but sadly I didn’t have time to try it out. Rooms were clean though pillows slightly stiff for western preferences. My room had a great view of the sky tree, River, and gold Asahi “flame” sculpture. Easy access from Haneda airport, close to Asakusa temple area and sky tree.

This was our 4 time to stay here. For a tourist/traveller this is a brilliant hotel. Location was within about 50metres of both the Tobu station and the Asakusa Metro stations - and also the river ferry. Complimentary washing machines and a gas drier are a BIG deal in my books. A cheap but delicious Japanese breakfast, complimentary Ramen in the evenings, river and Skytree views from many of the rooms (with small balconies) and welcoming and friendly staff.

Front desk employees were always very welcoming and helpful in answering our questions. This was our very first time in Japan and this hotel was an excellent choice. Was very well located. Asakusa had a lot of fun and interesting things to see and do with plenty of places to eat. Located at the northern most end of the Ginza Lina which connects to just about every major spot in Tokyo. Great view of Sky Tree. Amazing value for all the things you get.
